Selected Provider for IT Grant Program 2024
Our company has been selected as a supported provider for the IT Grant Program 2024, following our selection in the 2023 fiscal year.
The IT Grant Program supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small-scale businesses in their efforts to improve productivity by considering the adoption of pre-registered IT tools. The program’s secretariat reviews applications from businesses considering the introduction of IT tools, and if selected, they can receive financial assistance to cover a portion of the implementation costs.
This time, the IT tool our company applied for under the IT Grant Program is “Parrot”, a digital inspection data management software aimed at improving measurement and inspection tasks in manufacturing environments.
The “Parrot” inspection data digital management software facilitates the identification of root causes of defects through data accumulation. Additionally, it supports quality improvement and manufacturing cost reduction through the following features:
- Increased productivity and elimination of subjective errors through automatic transcription of measurement results from digital measuring instruments.
- Statistical analysis through the creation of control charts, Pareto charts, and other management tools based on acquired inspection data.
- Early detection of defects through email notifications to responsible personnel in the event of abnormalities.
The introduction of this IT tool enables recipients to receive up to half of the purchase cost (up to a maximum of less than 1.5 million yen) as a grant through the following four steps:
- Meeting with our company to discuss the application process.
- Preparation and submission of application documents.
- Ordering after confirmation of acceptance.
- Preparation of various reports.
Our company will provide support for various applications and procedures necessary to obtain the grant as an IT implementation support provider. We understand that some may find the process daunting, thinking, ‘The procedure for IT grants seems complicated,’ or ‘I don’t know how to apply.’ We are here to assist those concerned about the high hurdles of applying for IT grants.

An IT Implementation Support Provider is a partner that collaborates with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small-scale businesses to enhance productivity through the introduction of IT tools. These providers offer support such as explaining, implementing, and advising on the operation of IT tools for SMEs and small-scale businesses. Additionally, they assist with various procedures such as applying for grants and submitting achievement reports to the secretariat. These providers are referred to as “IT Implementation Support Providers.”
