１．Planning

Analyzes the production site, emphasizing the 3-actual principle (on-site, actual item, reality). “Production process reform consulting” involves identifying factors (bottlenecks) that hinder smooth manufacturing, conceptualizing solutions, and proposing optimal solutions for customers.

２．IoT System Construction

We support the introduction of factory automation, which provides a concrete solution to the pressing issues of “Lack of Human Resources” and “Dependency on Individual Skills”. We develop, manufacture, and sell AIvisual inspection and dimensional measurement inspection systems, with a particular focus on the inspection area, which is a white space for automation.

３．System Operation

We support the optimization of Quality, Delivery, and Cost (QDC) by visualizing and analyzing production data accumulated through automation at production sites, and by providing feedback to the production process.
